Der Special Sampler wurde nur zu Promotionzwecken für die japanische Veröffentlichung von “The Singles Collection 1981-1993” hergestellt und vorab an die Medien ausgegeben. Interessanterweise ist die aktuelle Singleveröffentlichung “If I Can´t Have You” unter den 15 Titeln gleich vier Mal enthalten.
